Printing

The Print Tasks Window can be used to print your tasks. This window also gives you the option of specifying exactly what you want to print.

1Command Bar

Command Bar
The command bar contains a series of commands that can be used for modifying text in the text area. The command bar contains shortcuts for the following commands:

1) Save - can be used to save the file to be printed. This can be useful if you need to email your task list.
2) Open - can be used to open a file. Only RTF format files are supported.
3) Font - can be used to change the font used.
4) Font Size - can be used to change the font size.
5) Font Color - can change the color of the text used.
6) Bold - sets the text to bold.
7) Italic - sets the text to italic.
8) Strikeout - puts a line through the center of the text.
9) Align Left - aligns the text to the left.
10) Align Center - centers the text.
11) Align Right - aligns the text to the Right.
12) Undo - un-does the last command.
13) Redo - if a command has been undone, this will redo the command.
14) Cut - cuts selected text to the clipboard.
15) Copy - copies the selected text to the clipboard.
16) Paste - pastes text from the clipboard into the text area.

2Text Area

Text Area
The Text Area shows your current task list as it will appear when it is printed. Feel free to modify this area to add or remove information.

3View Select

View Select
View select is used to set your print view. Three types of views are currently available:

1) Full List - Prints all of the tasks in your task list.

2) Current Selection Only - Prints only those tasks which are currently visible in your main task window.

3) Current Selection Plus Subtasks - Prints only those tasks which are currently visible in your main task window plus any subtasks.


4Command Buttons

Command Buttons
The Print Tasks Window contains two buttons:

1) Print - prints your task list and any changes you may have made.
2) Close - closes the Print Tasks window.
