Data View

Data View

The Data View Window shows all of the data that was used to produce a given report. This view can be useful if you are interested in the data behind a report.

1Column Drag Area

Column Drag Area
The "Column Drag Area" can be used to instantly organize your data. Just grab a column and drag it to this area. The data in the Data View will automatically update itself to be grouped by the selected column. This is a great feature for helping you really understand your data.

2Data View

Data View
The Data View shows the data used to populate a given report. Note that you can click on a column header to order the records by that column.

3Command Buttons

Command Buttons
The Data View Window contains two buttons:

1) Print - Prints the data shown in the Data View.
2) Close - closes the Data View Window.
