
The Appointment Window contains 4 buttons:
1) OK - used to save changes made to the appointment.
2) Cancel - used to close the form without saving changes.
3) Delete - used to delete an existing appointment. Note the button is disabled in the screen capture above. This is because the appointment is being created and does not exist yet.
4) Recurrence - this button can be used to show the Recurrence Form. The Recurrence Form can be used to setup a recurring event or appointment.
