Blue = Low Priority.
Green = Medium Priority.
Yellow = High Priority.
Red = Critical Priority.

Note the priority for a task can also be set by right clicking on the task in the task list and selecting "Set Priority".

6In Progress

In Progress
The "In Progress" checkbox is used to indicate that you are currently working on the task. Only one task can be marked as "In Progress" at any given time. If another task is marked as "In Progress", the existing "In Progress" task will be unchecked before the current task is selected.

Once a task in your task list has been marked as "In Progress" you will see a timer appear in the white space next to the "In Progress" checkbox. This timer indicates the amount of time you have been working on a task. To stop a task from being in progress, simply uncheck the checkbox or mark the task as being complete.

The "In Progress" task will be colored a light blue in your task list.
