JetTask runs when the computer starts up, so you never have to worry about starting your task list. JetTask will always be running in the background unless you specifically close it. This is necessary for two main reasons:
1) If JetTask is closed, you may not be reminded of any outstanding reminders you set in the Calendar.
2) If JetTask is closed, it cannot keep track of how you are spending your time. This will effect the accuracy of the reporting section.
When you uncheck the big red tack in the Main Window, JetTask will be minimized to the Notification Area. This is the area on your task bar next to your clock at the bottom of your screen. The JetTask program is represented by a checkbox with a big green check. To restore JetTask, simply click this icon. Note that you can also hide JetTask by clicking on this icon.
If you wanted to close JetTask, you can do so by right clicking on the JetTask icon and selecting "Exit".
