I was reading Michael Hyatt's blog the other day - he has a nice post on productivity. The first three items on his list are some of my all time favorite productivity tips:
1. Limit the time you spend online.
2. Touch emails only one. When you get an email do, delegate, defer, file or delete it. Also, it helps to limit email use. I only check my email twice per day. Obviously this will vary by job description.
3. Follow the five minute rule. If you can do it in five minutes - then just do it.
